Lake Side Road in Pokhara

Lake Side Road is the road that gets from Phewa (Fewa) to Pokhara. It’s the touristic part between these two Nepalese cities. Lake Side Road is the equivalent of Thamel / Kathmandou. As in the last case, we can find a large number of travel agencies, of small bookshops, music shops, clothing and souvenirs of all kind.

The rue is nice after long trekking holidays and is very different from the crowds seen in Thamel. The trekkers are a lot here, coming for accommodation in one of the numerous hotels from the road. The places most appreciated by foreigners are: Bar Amsterdam, the Moondance restaurant, the Bella Napoli, the Concerto Caffe. For a good coffee, you can head to the am/pm organic café. Numerous places can be on your taste and you will love to get some rest and watch the people passing by.
