The technology evolves fast in a country as Nepal. In 2010, the Internet was available only in Internet Cafes in large towns and in some avant-garde restaurants.

The tourists that have a computer or laptop can easily find a quiet (or not really) place, from where they can share to the whole world their adventures in Nepal.

The WI-FI is more and more popular in Nepal, but it depends on the electricity access. In the regions where power shortages are very common, it is possible to be in the middle of writing a long message and see your communication shut down (even for a day). To avoid this problem, ask the Nepalese to tell you what the hours are when the electricity is on. The government makes public a weekly schedule about this. Such information will allow you organize your day. So, the ones who are using Skype will be able to do it, without forgetting the hour delay in Nepal, obviously.
