Taxi to Lake Side

Coming to the small airport of Pokhara, you can take your baggage from a place where is enough showing the number of your ticket. The procedure is very quick considering that the flights have very few passengers (10-15). Try to get out quickly to get a taxi instead of the bus (where lots of guesthouse owners are waiting) – but there are only 3-4 taxis waiting there, usually. The taxi should take you to Lake Side for 150 Rupees (1.5 Euros).

It’s also possible and quite easy to walk and reach Lake Side Road. But unless you are on a extremely thight budget, getting a cab is a great and unexpensive option.
